Approval of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
A WPS is a document that describes how welding is to be carried out in production. Contains the approval of all variables that affect the weld quality in each procedure based on the standards (EN – ASME – AWS D1.1). All Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) has to be supported by Procedure Qualification Requirements (PQR).
