Ultrasonic Test

Ultrasonic test produces by high frequency pulse echo that are emitted by transducer, this echoes induced in to the material through a probe which is usually in contact with the material. These echoes propagate through the material, and are reflected back to the probe when they reach an interface. These reflected echoes are transmitted back through the probe and connecting leads to a detector. From this achieved echoes calculated by digital device to measured depth or distance from probe. This method can be applied the most materials provide the material can transmit sound waves. Especially this method can not be perform Austenitic based materials.

Our operators have certificates according to EN 473 and ASNT minimum qualified Level II. Upon up your request Ultrasonic Test procedures can be prepared by Level III personals.
